Added the functionality that users can restore subscription through IAP.
TV only : Changed FF/RWD buttons on the TV remote control to work even when holding them down when viewing archived videos.
Fixed a problem where the seek bar thumbnail would sometimes not appear while the RWD button was held down.
TV only : Fixed the cursor moving to the season after playing an episode from the season page.
Fixed several issues.
