Effective April 1, 2016, the Learning Path of The Salesperson Registration Education Program is being revised. The Pre-registration Segment of the Program will now include a total of five courses including “Real Estate as a Professional Career”, “Land, Structures and Real Estate Trading”, “ The Real Estate Transaction – General and The Residential Real Estate Transaction”, “The Commercial Real Estate Transaction" and "Real Property Law”. The Articling Segment will consist of one elective course.
