papAR

papAR is the first Austrian AR-reader for experiencing a new dimension of digital 'printed' content:

It's based on the normal images which are used for magazines, leaflets or books, but they come alive with an embedded video clip to enrich the static content. 

Specifically, our mobile app enables publishers, advertisers and content creators to use their traditional printed images as a key to 'unlock' a video to create a more engaging experience. 

How the App Works:

The magic happens when our software analyzes the printed image by creating a mathematical model based on shapes, lines, proportions, colors and other elements. It then matches the model against images already in papAR's database. When a match is found what you see is what looks like a 3D, mapped digital video playing on top of a print…living in the physical world.

Please note that our app scanner ONLY works with printed pictures that have papAR videos enabled.

papAR works with rear facing camera Android devices. Also, papAR work best with a strong internet or Wi-Fi connection.
