Papi is a location-based consumer-to-consumer marketplace mobile application. It gives potential buyers map showing locations of the products or services they are searching for from the nearest to the furthest.

Papi is creating a marketplace for over 6 million informal traders in Zimbabwe. On Papi, sellers can display their products and services and set their location.

Posting

Sellers upload pictures of their products and or services and type-in details i.e. item name, condition, address, description, terms, price and method of transaction (cash, swap, swap&top).

Searching

Potential buyers simply type the items they intend to buy in the search bar. Multi-searching requires separating items by comma. Search results show found product/ service name, price, distance and seller’s name.

Found items

Page shows product/ service name, price, condition, description, terms, seller details, chat with seller function, rate & report seller functions and go to map function.

Seller can be contacted buy chat right from the Papi app.
