Improvements 1.94:
-fix in displaying of dates
-in list of PinkNotes the first line now will show multiple names of users in the thread
-improvements in multi-select clicking
-improvements in display of users in a PinkNote thread
-improvements in side menu display and back navigation arrows
-fix for blank PinkNotes sometimes being displayed when app is opened
-fix for displaying PinkNotes with a deleted user in it
-added ability to 'Silence' a PinkNote thread
-added setting to disable sounds
