Record Form

This application is an electronic application of the record form of Stanford Binet Intelligence Scales- Fifth Edition (Revised Edition). This application helps to record the raw scores of the examinee. Also, it accurately determines entry, reverse and stop rules away from self- errors. Moreover, it determines the entry level of each domain of the domains of the scales. At the end, the application compiles the raw scores of each sub-test. The form is stored in the individual's profile and an email with a link is sent to open the form so that you can go back to the form at any time. The application can be installed on mobile phone or on regular PC.
