Relaxation plays vital role in our life. Relaxation gives energy to be active and a balanced approach to deal with the people and the tasks..This relaxo program guides you to have relaxation. Please follow and gain your relaxation as an ultimate benefit to have peace , success and happiness.

Frequency : Two to three times a day.

Duration : 20 to 30 mts at a time. ( 108 times count would provide around 20 to 22 mts of duration ). If you wish you can increase the duration. 108 times is a must to gain better results. Preferred approach would be instead of increasing the duration , increase the frequency.

Ideal Time : Morning , Afternoon and Evening. Morning and Evening should be the must and afternoon session can be optional. Whenever you feel stressed , simply perform this relaxation activity and you would have better relief.

Posture : This relaxation activity needs to be performed by sitting position only. Keep your eyes closed, keep ear plugs onto your ears to listen to the instructions and verse , keep the no interrupt option flag active.

Methodology : Keep chanting the verse along with the Relaxo. You chant orally also if you are in a secluded environment or mentally keep chanting . Do not simply listen. Keep chanting along with Relaxo. This is very important.

Time Utilization : When ever you are travelling , not driving , Waiting for some one or for something.
