This app serves as a tool to record your fitness results. Before executing this application will be given a Q and A questionnaire. If the test results show you are healthy then you can do the next stage, to obtain Vo2 Max you will be asked to enter the gender, height, weight, BMI and travel time from the achievement of running with a distance of 1600 meters.

All activities that have been done, will be recorded and dumped on the map.
