Improvements in version 3 (0.0.3):
- The option of police statistics is added.
- The background execution of notifications through geolocation is activated / deactivated.
- A new section of persons of police interest is created (most wanted, missing persons and older persons, spoken portraits).
- Notifications are displayed to inform the number of posts of people required or portraits spoken in the last 24 hours.
