Sewa Forms

SewaForms is designed for general public. General Public will be able to download blank forms of various services and schemes provided by both central and state government from anywhere, anytime and get it printed, then fill it before coming to Sewa Kendras. Sample forms can also be downloaded for each scheme so that they can take help during form filling. Citizens will be able to get information about all the documents required before applying for a specific scheme or services so that they can get all prerequisites handy. Citizens can get detailed information about each scheme. Feedback will also be included to know about area of improvement. Citizens can also search for a particular scheme displaying on Dashboard.
