Any person who performs the worship of Lord Shree Satyanarayan gets rid of all his sorrows, poverty, and sufferings. Laxmi always dwells in his house. His treasuries are always full. All his desires are fulfilled and he is victorious everywhere. Those without children become parents and those without money becomes rich. A person who is constantly engaged in the worship of Lord Shree Satyanarayana finally gets salvation by the grace of God and goes directly to Vaikunth Dham.

Shree Satyanarayan Vrat in actuality is a conviction of performing one's duty in a truthful and righteous manner. A person who, having a firm belief in Shree Satyanarayan, performs all his duties according to Karm Yoga, is bound to attain all worldly pleasure and wealth. In the end, by burning all his doings (karma) in the fire of Karam Yoga, he gets salvation from this world.
