Waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle leaves you feeling tired, but waking up in between cycles lets you wake up feeling refreshed and alert. This app will help you set an alarm to wake up between sleep cycle, so you feel refreshed each time you wake up. Click the button on top that says "Sleep Now" to see times to wake up if you go to bed right now, or the one that says "You Pick" to pick a time to wake up and this app will tell you the times you should be falling asleep at.
