Slider Heroes: idle adventure

- The game's tutorial has been simplified
- There are currently 150 stages, each with 5 waves of enemies and 1 boss fight
- Better indication of the stage progress
- Your heroes now have Health Points and can be "knocked out" if they receive enough damage
- Heroes now attack individual enemies, who now also have their own health bars
- Visual improvements to the UI and backgrounds
- Bug fixes
