An android app which provide the facility of digital clinic and also to build a good and healthy relation between doctor, chemist and patients. This relation can be built through the social plugins like facebook, linked in, twitter, google+ etc. So, through our application of smart clinic we will provide the Effective use of social media in the field of healthcare.

Main aim of this app is as following:

1. To keep record of medical history of patient.

2. To provide digital prescription.

3. To make it easier for chemist to understand the prescriptions given by the doctor to the patient.
