SmartSchool® is a complete school management system with both web and mobile apps that helps parents and guardians to access information and other relevant details about their wards. It’s a great app that help a school’s stakeholders (parents and guardians) and school management to interact. The SmartSchool® makes school administrators keep in touch with parents and guardians with relevant notices, announcements and many more. Parents and guardians on the other hand are also able to contact the school authorities via diverse platforms and tools.

NOTIFICATIONS AND SMS
Real time notifications of announcement to all parents and guardians. Bulk SMS can be sent to parents and guardians.

STUDENTS TERMINAL REPORTS 
Parents or guardians have access to their ward’s terminal reports on the SmartSchool® app. All current and previous academic records and performances can be easily accessed any time, everywhere.

STUDENT’S BILLS 
On the SmartSchool® app, parents and guardians have access to their ward’s terminal bills. Access to current and previous bills are readily available on the app. This is accessible anytime and everywhere.

PAYMENTS HISTORY
 With the SmartSchool® parents and guardians can easily access historical records of all their payments of bills and other payments. S This is easily exportable to other formats.

PTA MEETINGS
 All records and minutes of PTA meetings are readily available and accessible on the SmartSchool® mobile app. Parents and guardians can easily refer to minutes for references and discussion purposes.

REQUEST 
Parents and guardians can easily make requests on the SmartSchool® app or specific information about the school or about their wards.

TIME TABLE
 The SmartSchool® mobile app provides parents and guardians the school’s academic calendar that outlines the order of events and timelines. Parents and guardians also have access to their ward’s time table that will help them to prepare their ward for classes adequately

BUS ROUTES
 Parents have real time access to bus routes to know the exact locations of busses. It also helps parents and guardians to know the various bus routes and their bus stops for easy pickup and onboarding of their wards.

CANTEEN MENU
 With the SmartSchool® app, parents and guardians have access to the school’s canteen menu for each day. This helps to plan their wards nutritional needs accordingly.

APPOINTMENTS BOOKING 
School members can easily book appointments with pastors, counsellors, etc for prayers, counselling or matters of concern. Appointment dates and times are confirmed and real time notification is sent to the user.
