Fixed bug with incorrect power of battlestation in the exploration mode

The new mode - headquarters is available in the beta version from chapter 80:
*Send your officers to earn valuable resources at other players' headquarters.
*Attack another player's headquarters and defend yours.
*Upgrade your officers' diplomacy and your headquarters to increase the power of your fleet.
