Added

* you can now scan the bar code on a test kit in anticipation of students being able to receive test kits
* if you've enabled reminder notifications, you can now choose what time to receive them

* we've improved the look of the messaging related to whether or not you are cleared to return to Duke
* we added an explanation for the term exposure as it relates to symptom monitoring at Duke

* navigating in a tab should not navigate over the entire screen.
