How it works?

Once you download the app, you have to add location and contact number for that location to Visity dashboard.  As per your plan you can add multiple locations.

Whenever a walk-in person comes at your frontdesk/reception they can add their manual entry into the kiosk by filling up very basic information(Mobile number and name) then the app will capture an instant photograph of that visitor. After that visitors have to select the purpose of meeting and whom they want to meet. after their check-in will be marked and will be stored in an online repository. Check-in happens in under 1 minute.

If the person is already invited by someone from your team/organisation they can scan their Visitor pass in Visity Kiosk and their check-in(complete contact-less) will be marked. 

After that your team member and visitor both will receive a SMS notification. Receptionist can checkout the visitor form the Kisok application or from Visity dashboard.
