Watershot for Android

- Added support for using the Watershot app as a smartphone Dive Computer in conjunction with the Smart Dive Buddy sensors.
- The "Delete All Logs" function now presents the user with several options for deleting only a subset of all logs.
- It is no longer possible to download logs from a bluebuddy or techbuddy.
