Xpertisehub-hire through a three-phased approach (standard portal, AI enabled & later AI with Social) will cater to the expanding defence production industries in the private sector where we will bring large & medium defence production companies to accurately seek appropriate technical & non-technical talent from retired service personnel and defence civil population. A unique ‘referee-based’ system will offer an ‘integrity-assured’ first level vetting of job-seekers through a ‘Peer-group and Senior veterans referral Program’, by virtue of having worked together with the job-seeker in an earlier military or para-military formation. It is our endeavour to offer our nation & its people, a new skill-matching and development platform for Veterans and ex-Forces personnel with more options than what exists today.
