YFLO's Ahmedabads chapter is dedicated to fostering women entrepreneurship in the region of Ahmedabad .

Nationally. FICCI FLO strives to Mainstream women in economic developments through training, networking, education and intiatives , and funding programs and activities. FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO) is the women wing of the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).An all India forum for women, FLO has its headquarters in New Delhi, with 14 chapters covering different geographical regions of India. FLO represents over 5000 women entrepreneurs and professionals.

With over 34 years of experience, FLO has been promoting entrepreneurship and professional excellence among women through workshops, seminars, conferences, training and capacity building programmes etc.

The objective of the organization is to encourage and facilitate women to showcase their talents, skills, experiences and energies across sectors and verticals of the economy, for a truly inclusive economic growth trajectory. Young Ficci Ladies Organisation (YFLO) is a unique platform for young women from diverse professional and entrepreneurial backgrounds to interact with. The membership is open for women aged 20-39 years. The primary objective of YFLO is to promote entrepreneurship and professional excellence in women. It acts as a catalyst for the social and economic advancement of women and society at large and endeavors to make women aware of their strengths through its educational and vocational training programmes, talks, seminars, panel discussions and workshops on a vast range of subjects especially concerning women and business.With its specialized programmes depicting the power of a Young India, YFLO compliments FLO in its vision of women empowerment.
