YuRL Get url at current time

YuRL app is to get a link, clicking which the video starts playing directly from the start time point you set (not from 0:00).

Example:- I got a situation, I am watching a political analysis video and I loved a point mentioned by speaker at a time point 1min. 50sec and I want to share the word with people, I could share simply share it on and ask people to go to 1min 50sec but just see no one will be so patient to do so,

Rather using YuRL app if you create a link for that video and create a link to start video at 1min 50sec the reach will be more than the previous case.

This will not be the case only with political videos, it could be a good move in a dance, or a good shot in a movie, or a play, or an sport .... we will be coming across this situation many times and here is YuRL.
