Eugene Kwame Marfo known in showbiz as Kuami Eugene is a fast rising Ghanaian highlife, afrobeats and afro pop singer. He is an award-winning Ghanaian AfroBeats recording artist. He rose to fame with his participation in the MTN Hitmaker – Season 5, where he showcased his musical prowess to the world with outstanding performances. He came second runner up and the young talent was quickly signed by the CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah. He does not only sings and raps, he is also a record producer and songwriter as well.

Kuami Eugene has released a number of songs which have quickly made him every music listener's favorite. These include Open Gate, Wish Me Well, Angela, Confusion and countless others under record label Lynx Entertainment. In 2020, he picked up Vodafone Ghana Music Awards – Artiste of the Year and Highlife Artist of the Year, 3Music Awards – Highlife Artist of the Year. He also picked up the 'Best New Artiste of The Year' and 'Highlife Artist of The Year' at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (2018). In 2019 he picked up 'Producer of The Year', 'Highlife Artist of The Year' and Album of the year' for his debut album 'Rockstar'. His second studio album 'Son of Africa' was released with 14 tracks featuring Zlatan, DJ Mensah, Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Samini, Falz, Obaapa Christy, Eddy Kenzo and Prince Bright. .
