Lifemap是探索生命之树的交互式工具
Lifemap是通过缩放和类似地理地图的方式平移交互方式探索生命之树的工具。所有节点和树的秘诀是互动的。点击后，会显示一个简短说明和该组的照片。该描述维基百科检索。
Lifemap也让计算和可视化两个物种或类群，或任何物种和生命之树的根之间的“路线”。
所显示的树包含约800,000种。它是由NCBI（（美国国家生物技术信息中心）提出的分类标准的简化版本。生命之树的其他版本可以在Lifemap被http://lifemap.univ-lyon1.fr探讨
Lifemap写达米安去维也纳，一个法国国家科学研究中心研究员生物统计的里昂实验室和进化生物学（LBBE）（法国）与来自信息部的支持工作。
