The mysterious squid game consists of several rounds to complete. They are quite simple, yet life-threatening. Squid game is a brutal survival challenge. The luckiest contestant that stays alive will get an astonishing amount of prize money, while the players who lose a round of the competition will forever disappear without a trace. The masked people will liquidate anyone who makes a false step in the game. These are the terms of participating in the cruel squid game.

The challenge participants are tasked to complete several rounds in the tournament. The first one is playing hide-and-seek with the dancing doll. In this round, players need to run across a field and get to the finish line without coming in sight of a parlous doll.

The main rule in this part of squid game is to stay still and never move when the doll is looking at you. The next trial is the glass bridge suspended over an abyss. Players are tasked to navigate their way to the opposite side by jumping on glass panels. Stepping on a fragile panel results in certain death as glass will instantly shatter and break.

Other stages in squid game include tug of war and the marbles.

Each player is closely watched by armed soldiers whose personalities are hidden under masks. It is exactly the soldiers who immediately execute a judgment of death to everyone who loses the round.
