500K Step Challenge App has an inbuilt step counter to track your steps just connect with your phone or just sync your Strava or Garmin account, with the app.

What is the 500K Step Challenge?

• The 5,00,000 step challenge is to be done over 150 days.

• Starting from August 15th, 2021 and ending on January 26th, 2022.

• Each day you are expected to walk 3500 steps.

• You can choose to take rest days as per your convenience.

• Walking in any location is permitted as per your preference.

• Walking while conducting day activities or at home counts as long as you are carrying your phone which has the app to count your steps.

• The challenge is designed to help you achieve your health goals in life by taking up walking on a regular basis.

• The challenge is designed to give you a daily goal to achieve and a sense of purpose.
