BACnet Interactor 3D Demo

This application allows the monitoring and control of devices that operate under the BACnet / IP protocol, within a local network. Thanks to the use of a virtual 3D map of the building, it is possible to achieve a high level human-machine interaction.

To test the demo it is necessary to download a Bacnet / IP simulator from the web or use a real Bacnet / IP device.

The BACnet drivers in the demo are pre-configured with the following ID's:

- Air conditioning:

UNITHVAC 1: 20000

UNITHVAC 2: 22000

- Lighting Control:

CTR_LIGHT_BACNET 1: 21000

- Automation

PLC 1: 20500

At least 10 instances must be created for each type of variable for each controller.

All controllers can be tested at the same time (4 in total) using virtual machines.

There are 5 pre-configured systems in the application: Air Conditioning, Lighting Control, Automation (PLC), Intrusion Detection and Fire Detection. You can view each system by selecting the corresponding icon in the left column of the app. Each of them has different objects added on the map. You can activate / deactivate the visualization of these objects by selecting their respective icon in the right column of the app. There are 2 levels (layers) in the demonstration: First Floor and Deck. You can switch between levels using the arrows at the bottom.

The 3d map configuration (for the paid version) is achieved by creating the building plan in some 3d editing software (3D Studio Max, Ac3d, etc). Then with another program created specifically for this purpose the plane is imported, BACnet objects are added to be monitored and their characteristics are configured (Id, Name, Master ID, BACnet ID, Variable type: Analog, Binary or Multi-state, Variable Instance, etc.) A level of complexity can be achieved on an almost unlimited level.
