Now, Landlords/Property Managers can,
* Mark a monthly line item as partially payable.
* Set and edit minimum payable limit as x% of the total rent amount.
* Record partial rent amount
* View receipt for each partial payment

Tenants can,
* Pay rent amount as instalments for partial payment enabled months
* View receipt for each partial payment
