Ein einfacher Weg, um zu berechnen, wie viele, welche Gewichte Sie auf der Bar brauchen!
If you've ever been to the gym and wanted to add some weight to your bar, you have to awkwardly add up in your head how many of what weights goes on each side. Never through the wrong weights on again!
All the other apps like this I have seen are over complicated and just all cluttered. I specifically made this app extremily simple and easy to use. You can even select the size weights you have on hand!
All you have to do is this;
1. Type in the weight you want to lift.
2. Type in the weight of the bar by itself.
3. Then select the types of weights you have (45lbs, 35lbs, 25lbs, 10lbs, 5lbs, or 2.5 lbs)
Instantly after you add the information, you can see how many of which weights to put on the bar! Best of all, it's free!
