Dropped support for Android 2.x and 3.x devices.(Sorry to 4 people)
.) Changed the settings-screen to the android default style
.) Combined the new-battle-buttons into one

.) Created setting if the map should recolour by default
.) Fix: Entering text into textfields misbehaved
.) Fix: Items in list not highlighted when clicked on
.) Fix: Conquering territories on the map always recoloured them, no matter if colours were on or off
