- Option to remove the notification when removing a bubble (Android 5.0+ only due to OS limitations)
- Added an option dialog when clicking on the content of the bubble (also added an option to disable this)
- Fixed long press to include and exclude... again

- Fixed long pressing the bubble selecting the wrong app
- Under the hood optimisations
- Hopefully fixed some bugs and crashes
