CipherMail Email Encryption

We did a complete rewrite of the app to support newer Android releases. CipherMail for Android now requires Android 7.0 (API level 24) or higher.

The "Setup Gmail" wizard has been removed because Gmail no longer supports the way the app used Gmail. We will add a new Gmail wizard later.

The app now stores drafts and files on external memory using the Android file explorer. Drafts saved with the old version may not be accessible any more.
