- Some layout fixes.
- Bug fixes on exit app.

- You can now view and choose to save your trip data on exit.
- Added updating speed to settings.
- Added option to save and start a new trip in the menu.
- Fixed idling consumption and engine off handling. You can now have a coffee break (leave the phone in your car) and the trip will continue where you left off.
