Changes:
- Destination may be now copied and shared.
- Destinations drawer is closed when destination is selected or deselected by tapping on its name.
- Updated Italian and other translations.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed app freeze then crash after returning from other app.
- Fixed icon colors on destinations drawer on pre-Lollipop devices.
- Fixed issues with light and dark themes.
- Fixed map background shown under destination information after choosing swap colors in theme settings.
