  Randomize Sticks setting. A macro's stick values can now be set to vary randomly within a set range. Set the angle/tilt variance in the playback options when editing a macro.

  When editing a macro you can now add an entry to toggle other macros ON or OFF by name. This allows for complex chaining of macros together, especially with sound and image triggers.
  
  Deactivate on Completion macro setting. When editing a macro, in the playback settings you can set a macro to switch itself OFF when it finishes playing.
  
  Added new CE-21, CE-22, CE-23 connection errors to split up catch-all CE-10 error.
