The theme of the day is improvements to attachments!
* Added the ability to view the meta details of work order attachments even when the device is temporarily knocked offline.
* Updated the styling and content of the Attachments list view to show Description fields and sync status.
* Added file view support for Work Order and Procedure attachments while offline if the user has Downloaded an assigned Work Order.
* Additional bug fixes (not necessarily related to attachments).
