Create Qemu x86_64 Command

- Added name to virtual machine.
- Added UUID.
- Automatically generate UUID for new setups and on old setups if it doesn't have one.
- The virtual machine name and UUID are enabled by default when creating a new setup and will automatically not be enabled on old setups.
- Renamed TCG to JIT.
- Replaced Translation block size with JIT cache size in MB.
- The default size of the JIT cache is 128MB.
- Added Write XOR Execute.
- Added USB Storage.
- Added Floppy Drive B.
- Bugs fixed.
