V 1.3:

Fixed a few more bugs. Now it displays the progress of transferring file.

Note to Gear S3 Bluetooth models: the Gear app will be available to you very soon.

V1.2:

Updated the interface with a friendlier file browser and fixed a few bugs. Works with S2 and S3. Make sure you install the Gear app from the Gear App store as well. This app alone is not enough.
