Cutters - Smarter Haircuts

In this release we have added several smaller changes that we think will provide an even greater Cutters experience! The checkout page has gotten a small facelift, and we have polished some stuff in the new salon list that was introduced in the previous release. We also tweaked the salon map, which hopefully will make the map more pleasant to use.
