For those who aren't accustomed to buying fish, our salespersons will be happy to explain the qualities of each fish and even teach you how to distinguish fresh fish from stale, chemical-loaded fish. In fact, if you want to go for really fresh fish, we have our own fish tanks too at the store to choose your own live fish and take it home! We believe it is important to not just taste the difference, but also feel the difference in your fresh fish; which is why we show you how to examine the fish you buy!
