Decont Simplu

Decont Simplu helps you track money received in advance, expenses and supporting documents, then prepare expense reports directly on your phone or tablet. Use it for construction sites, projects and other activities where expenses need to be organized separately.

ADVANCES, EXPENSES AND BALANCE

Record general or allocated advances and expenses for each site or project. Your balance updates automatically, while the dashboard highlights the current month, unreported amounts and missing documents. Browse and edit your records, with search and filters for text, allocation, period, amount and reporting status.

RECEIPTS AND DOCUMENTS TOGETHER

Capture and scan documents with edge detection and background removal. Attach multiple pages to an expense or start a quick scan from the dashboard. OCR runs locally, without sending your document to an online recognition service, and suggests the supplier, total, date and document number. Review each field, choose from alternative totals and make manual corrections before saving. A recoverable encrypted local draft keeps an expense in progress.

PDF REPORTS AND CSV EXPORT

Prepare a report for all unreported expenses, including previous months, or choose a full month or a custom date range. Generate a PDF with a summary table, signature and supporting document pages. Keep generated reports in the app archive and export CSV files for accounting workflows, filtered by allocation and period.

CUSTOMIZATION AND BACKUP

Set up your company, allocation label, list of sites or projects, responsible person's name and role, and PDF header image. Create a password-protected backup containing advances, expenses, allocations, settings, photos and PDFs, and restore it when needed. Keep the password safe: the backup cannot be recovered without it.

ROMANIAN AND ENGLISH

Choose your interface language in Settings, independently of the device language. Use portrait or landscape mode on phones, tablets and larger screens.

LOCAL DATA, NO ADS

Expense data and documents are stored locally on your device. The local database and settings are encrypted, with a key protected by Android Keystore. Receipts, images, OCR text, expenses and PDFs are not uploaded to Firebase. The app contains no ads.

ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTION

The app is free to download. Full access is available through a subscription: a 3-day free trial for eligible accounts, then 15 RON/month or 150 RON/year in Romania. Google Play shows the local price before purchase. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled and can be managed in Google Play.

A Google account sign-in through Firebase Authentication is required to associate your subscription. Firebase stores the account identifier and basic profile data. You can sign out or delete the account in Settings. Access verification requires a valid Google Play license and an internet connection at least once every 24 hours.
