This application was built as part of the DIMA project. It can be used by high level policy makers, area/regional adult education managers, and adult education practitioners all over Europe and the world in order to develop, implement and monitor Adult Education Strategies. The Toolkit for Developing, Implementing and Monitoring Adult Education project (DIMA) aims to analyse the effectiveness of current policies in adult education in Europe and facilitate their development by offering a practical toolkit and a training curriculum.
