Founded by St. John Bosco, an Italian saint-educator of the nineteenth century, we are in 128 different nations. ANS is the worldwide communication agency of the Salesian Congregation that covers news in 6 languages. BIS India is a nodal agency of ANS. And the Chennai Province is one of the 12 provinces in South Asia region in which BIS INM - Bosco Information Service, Chennai covers the life and activities of North Tamil Nadu in particular.
