E-Smart Team is being developed keeping in mind the requirement of monitoring the sales or maintenance force of an organisation effectively. The unique feature of this application is that the administrator can locate the whereabouts of his team members working on the field and can allocate work according to their location so that both time and energy are utilised to the optimum extent. The field executives can also update the status of assigned task on real time basis and also upload the day end report through their mobiles. This is a mobile based application, so the field executives can update their status from the site itself thereby saving a lot of time being incurred in reporting at HO and then going on to the field. This application is ideal for Marketing companies, AMC contractors, Courier companies, Pick-up services etc where there is a requirement of tracking the field executives.
