Condominium Access Service für Besucher

The app allows the user to generate QR codes for inviting friends to enter in the condominium at one specific window time. The app enables the user to send the QR image via any social tool (whatsapp, telegram,...) or via email.

In order the user to be able to generate invitation codes, he must request to the condominium administration a registration process. The condominium will send via email a special code to start a registration process from the smartphone.

The user also will have a personal QR code to enter in the condominium at any time.

This version allows the user to open the gate in remote using a button that has been placed in the visitor's menu. This facility needs to be enabled by the administrator modifying the user profile.
In addition this version also includes the option for the user to update the personal parameters that could have been changed by the administrator after a formal request by the home responsible.
