Unleash your inner Dalek! Thrust the phone violently towards your foe and watch them writhe in agony under the Daleks' infamous war cry, whilst they look down your telescopic manipulator arm. Draw the phone back towards yourself for mercy. Don't use on little children, nor on the Doctor.

More prosaically: If you thrust the phone forward, it will shout "Exterminate" until you make it stop.
