Bug Fix: Thanks to Hank Rowland for pointing out that the Gallery could not be accessed
Bug Fix: New get image method. Some devices are missing the standard image picker

Added MMS image attachments. Use your Gallery, Camera or browse the Cloud for images
Added a sanity check in settings... some people used values like 9999999999999999999999999 which caused a crash :/
Added contact image in SMS tab
Remove obsolete permissions
