Simplified the high score methodology to report the total % of correct matches with no penalties for misses.

The best time on the high score screen will now get properly updated whenever a faster time is achieved for a given high score.

Fixed the number of USA states in Normal vs Hard difficulty levels. Previously Normal had one extra state and Hard had one less state than their respective labels indicated.

Changed name of Macedonia to North Macedonia.
