In this app I teach you How to connect your laptop to your TV by using one HDMi cable.

(Step 1) - Grab yourself a HDMi cable, it is best if the cable is gold plated but a normal HDMi cable will work perfectly fine.

(Step 2) - Get your laptop and locate the HDMi slot.

(Step 3) - Gently plug the HDMi cable into the HDMi slot on your laptop. Make sure that the cable is firmly in the slot, this ensures there's know signal problem when connected.

(Step 4) - Then plug the other end of the HDMi cable into your TV.

(Step 5) - Wait for the signal to be detected, this may take some time depending on your TV. So don't unplug the HDMi cable.

(Step 6) - Now open up Control Panel on your laptop.

(Step 7) - Under Appearance and personalisation click on Adjust screen resolution.

(Step 8) - Click on the Multiple displays drop down menu and click on extend these displays.

(Final Step) Click and drag to move the screens until they line. Apply setting to see if they are line up correctly.
