Added ISY portal integration for external network voice commands!

If installed before Feb 24. You will need to follow instructions for percentage dim/brighten. New installs just need to enable.
Added Groups for the ISY as scenes cannot be dimmed to a percentage.
Added Dimming/Brightening to a percentage for ISY devices and groups
Added Fibaro HUB, alpha testing only (please contact me if you are willing to test)
Bug fixes including word corrections.
